Summer seasonal items have begun to appear

The rainy season in Okinawa started 15 days later than last year.

I want to deliver the present of Okinawa,

lining up.

Goya!

I think "Goya" was the name of Okinawa,
Now it's a name that works everywhere :)

I'm not very good at bitter melons (^^;)
Cooking with canned tuna or tofu makes it easier to eat.

This is a picture I received from another staff member.
It seems that "island peppers" are growing on the veranda of the house these days!

It is often placed in soba restaurants in Okinawa,
Koregusu (Island chili peppers pickled in Awamori)
It's what's in it.

Even so, if it bears so much fruit,
All awamori for evening drinks are Koregusu
