A new product from Okashigoten that uses 100% Okinawan red sweet potatoes and life salt nuchi masu!

The gentle sweetness of the purple yam goes great with the salty chocolate that brings out the flavor of the milk!

Plenty of chocolate is wrapped in a crunchy pie with the aroma of butter!

"Okinawa Chocolat Pie Red Potato Fruit Red Potato Chocolat" and "Okinawa Chocolat Pie Cacao Fruit Salt Milk Chocolate", which use 100% red potatoes and salt from Okinawa Prefecture, will be available from June 12 (Friday) at Okashigoten directly managed stores in the prefecture. We will start selling at the store.

At Okashigoten, we continue to make safe and secure sweets in our own factory under thorough quality control.

At the Okashi Goten Nago store, where this product is produced, you can observe the production factory through the glass.

The chocolate uses 100% red potatoes from Okinawa and “Nuchimasu,” the mineral-rich salt of life.

“Beni imonomi” takes advantage of the original gentle sweetness and flavor of red potatoes to create a chocolate with a pleasant texture.

"Cacao fruit" is particular about the balance between the sweetness of milk and the saltiness of Nuchimasu.

For the pie crust that wraps the chocolate, we used a crispy pie crust with a rich buttery flavor that emphasizes compatibility with chocolate, and was slowly baked in a special oven until it was browned.

“Okinawa Chocolat Pie”, which is filled with plenty of Okinawan chocolate, is a recommended product that can be enjoyed not only as a new Okinawan souvenir, but also as a daily snack.
