Kashi Kobo Kiki Patissier experience

 

Blog post I wrote recently:Summer vacation cake making experienceThe first (Patissier experience) was held today (8/22) at Kashi Kobo Kiki Oki store♪(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)

 

First of all, meet the store staff and children!

A total of 12 people (each team consisted of 4 people, 1 boys team and 2 girls teams)

 

Thank you for your wonderful smile at the camera♪

 

Start making cakes while learning from a pastry chef!

 

The boys team is also working hard!

 

Do you usually help out?You're good at it!

 

Girl team, serious eyes!The future looks promising~

 

Sprinkle powder, looks like fun!

 

A girl talk that is not a girl talk during breaks! (Are they even talking about love?)

 

There were 12 participants, but 13 chocolate bars! ?Is there a mystery going on? ? ?

 

The boy team was very skillful in applying cream to the sponge!

 

The girls' team is also undefeated! Both of you have talent~♪

 

We are working hard on this one-on-one!

 

All of them are finished in a cake with a high degree of perfection!

 

The lead boy team working on fruit toppings!

 

The girls' team puts emphasis on quality at their own pace!

 

After packing the finished cake into a box, it was finished!

 

It was a long stretch from 11:30 to 14:30 (with a one hour break), thank you very much for your hard work~♪

In this pastry chef experience, what was particularly impressive was the cake that this boy was making!

Something is written on the white chocolate that is put on the cake.

 

If you look closely, it says "Congratulations on your 10th anniversary!"

I almost cried when I saw the boy's heartfelt message, even though I was a person.

 

This cake is finished!

Again, it became interfering here, and it was N who was in charge of the web who cried. (lacrimal gland, loose...)

 

この Summer vacation cake making experience (Pastry chef experience), I think it was a really good project.
