January 1rd is Almond Day
Today I will introduce sweets using almonds!
"Almond Chocolate Sandwich" is a sandwich of chocolate sandwiched between galette dough filled with almonds.
There are two flavors: red sweet potato and brown sugar caramel. Both products use materials from Okinawa Prefecture.
Also great as a souvenir!
