2017 new employee initiation ceremony
Today (4/3), there was a welcoming ceremony for new employees!

Managers, section managers, and store managers were also looking at me from behind.
The managing director explained the history of Okashigoten and offered kind words of encouragement.
The chairman gave a greeting saying that he has high expectations for the young ideas and actions of the new employees.
The president issued a letter of appointment that puts the soul (the mind of Okashigoten) into each one!
A bouquet of flowers has arrived as a surprise from Mr. Sakurai, the former general affairs and human resources manager who retired in December 2016, who led the new employee to join the company this time! ! ! ! !
