2017 New Graduate Orientation

 

There was a final orientation for 2017 new graduates!

 

Up to this time, we have held four orientations, and while gradually building bonds with fellow students, we made our first presentation in front of the executives.

 

I could tell that they were nervous, but it was a presentation that gave me a sense of trust in the way they conveyed their thoughts and feelings in their own words from each perspective.

The team presentation was divided into two teams.

Team name: 3 people from Hanmine JAPAN (from left, Mr. Hanmine, Mr. Miyazato, and Mr. Inami)

 

Team name: Two people from Okinawa City (Mr. Shimabukuro, Mr. Miyazato from the center left)

 

The five orientation sessions, including this one, were led by Sales Manager Inami (left), Yomitan Main Store Manager Takada (right), and, although he was absent this time, Production Department Manager Toyama.

At the end of the orientation, we received warm words of encouragement from the managing director (left) and the president (right).
