Gut's Internship (Yomitan Main Store)

 

Gut's Internship Program, which is said to be effective in developing competencies (practical ability to take action), was held at the Yomitan Main Store!

 

 

 

The presentations were made by 3 new employees this year and 2 members of the Quality Control Office.

 

 

 

The members of the Quality Control Office tried to make sure that the work was not just for internships, and that they devised ways to let the students know about their work and Okashigoten in their regular work. I was impressed (impressed) by the two people who support the quality of Okashigoten.

 

 

 

This year's new employees are similar in age to the students, so while making use of what they have learned in internships and training, they also consider the experience they have gained at the store since joining the company.
