November 11th (Imo) is potato day.

Potatoes have a history of more than 400 years since they were introduced to Okinawa, and are a familiar crop for the people of Okinawa.

November is the season for sweet potatoes grown in Okinawa.

Okashigoten's Beni-imo tart, which was born from Yomitan-son's Beni-imo, and many other sweets, we would like to take this "Imo Day" as an opportunity to become even more familiar with and enjoy various sweets.
