ーー“Griotte Pistache” is characterized by its bright green color. What inspired you to create it?

Griot Pistache

 

Isado: Yes, I wanted to make a cake that featured the Christmas colors of red and green.Among them, there are not many Christmas cakes with bright green, so I thought I could make a unique cake, so I started making it.

"Griot" is a sour griot cherry, and its sourness is the accent of the taste.The classic Christmas cake with fresh cream is also good, but I would like people who want to enjoy a Christmas cake with a slightly more mature taste and a different taste that can be enjoyed with their eyes.

D.Griot Pistache

The base fabric is a crispy baked cookie, and the griotte cherry sauce is wrapped in pistachio mousse to create a well-balanced taste, making it a bright Christmas-colored cake.
